PenSoft ® Payroll

Eliminates the need for an outside payroll service. Also lets you electronically transfer the latest payroll entries from PenSoft to TireMaster to update both the general ledger and check register.

Accounting Interface for QuickBooks®

Moves journal entries from TireMaster POS to your QuickBooks accounting system, reducing the amount of data entry required to keep your books-up-to date.

CustomerLink

Extracts customer-purchase data from TireMaster and creates a file that can be sent to CustomerLink System, Inc. CustomerLink - Customer relationship management (CRM) is not just about service reminders in the mail or through email. It is about taking much more control over the car count at your shop to even out seasonal ups and downs. It's about taking more control of the types of customers you see, bringing in more of the best kinds of customers and turning them into regular, repeat customers you see several times a year, year after year.

Inventory Exchange Program

Gives you the ability to share current quantity information with other TireMaster users. Because you immediately know if another store or a friendly competitor has items, you can assure customers that they are available to purchase from you.

Bar Code Utility (was called MIM)

Reduces the amount of data entry associated with adjusting inventory quantities and creating receiving documents in TireMaster. You can also use this utility to perform a variety of inventory management tasks, such as assigning bar codes to items.

Custom Website Creation and Hosting

Helps you establish a presence on the web by building and hosting a website for your business. Websites can include the option to allow customers to view your inventory and place orders online.  We will be happy to discuss your needs.

Tire Brands

Helps your salespeople make a good impression on customers. Lets you retrieve UTQG specifications, definitions, and pictures of tires during inventory lookups in TireMaster. This information can  be printed and given to customers, or you can let them view the information on the screen. Tire Brands includes data for 17 tire manufacturers. This easy-to-use product is also maintenance free. That's because the data is compiled and updated by Pearl Communications.

Hands-On
Training

Provides an opportunity to learn how to use TireMaster and practice your new skills on a simulated TireMaster system. Classes will be held at one of our training facilities. TireMaster POS users attend a 2 day class. For TireMaster Plus users, the class is 4 days, and the TireMaster Corporate class lasts 4 1/2 days. Class participants will be given access to TireMaster eLearning web site.
